Cancellation Policy

Please note that we accept cancellation only in written form (please send an e-mail to Agnes Farago at afarago@tensipecs.hu).
No refund of the registration fee is available in case of cancellation after the closing of registration!

Registration fees for international participants:

Early bird fee: 360 EUR (in case of registration prior to 5 April 2010)
Normal fee: 390 EUR
On-site registration: 420 EUR
Doctoral students: 300 EUR

The conference fee includes:
Participation in the scientific program
Abstract book
Coffee breaks
Lunch
Villány dinner & wine tasting on Wednesday (2 June)
Gala Dinner in Hotel Palatinus on Thursday (3 June)

Optional for accompanying persons:
Gala Dinner : 56 EUR
Dinner with wine tasting in Villány: 50 EUR
