Pécs is located 220 kms from the Budapest Airport.
Please enter your transfer requests in the on-line registration system, indicating your arrival time and flight number.
We will provide a transfer service from the airport or your hotel in Budapest to your hotel in Pécs, and from Pécs to the Airport, or to your hotel in Budapest before and after the conference. If you wish to book this service please indicate your date and time of arrival and flight number or date and time of pickup and the hotel address.
When you register online for your transfer please select from the following options: minibus or private transfer. The prices are listed below:

Please note that the Budapest railway station is in the city, you have to arrange for a transfer (taxi or shuttle) from the airport to the station!
